In addition to representing many private equity funds in M&A transactions, we havea unique expertise in the setting up of domestic and international investment vehicles dedicated to invest in Argentine assets.
We have advised domestic and international investors in the creation of investments vehicles for the implementation of many of the private equity investments in Argentina. To this end, we have designed different structures to overcome legal, regulatory and tax restrictions that affect or make impracticable the acquisition of certain regulated companies by international investors.
We were responsible for the legal structuring and implementation of the first public equity investment fund ever to be placed by public offering in Argentina.
